What's up dog?

Theodore is one of those scary looking dogs. A lot of people pick up their dogs and literally run screaming.

He is pretty much my best friend, through thick and thin. Hes never far behind me, except when I have to go to work.

He is amazing company when I work from home and seems to pick up when Im stressed. Hell place his head on my lap and look at me with those big green eyes.

He is best mates with our cat Kevin and although 10x bigger than him, Theo and Kevin play happily together.

Theodore has played ˜big brother to foster puppies that have come through our home.

He even has a bit of a fan club up at the park we walk him at.

I have been diagnosed with PTSD and Theodores mere presence and loyalty make life all that much better.

Every dog that enters is eligible for the 2024 People's Choice Award. The winner of the 2024 NZ People's Choice will be decided by you, the people!


This year, we wanted to give the aroha back to our communities.


Every year, our campaign is supported and celebrated by a variety of incredible charities across Aotearoa, all of whom mahi tirelessly to make a positive impact for dogs in their respected communities.


This year, the winner of the 2024 People Choice's Award will have the value of their doggy prize pack matched and donated to a charity of their choosing.


In addition, every voter will have the opportunity to donate towards one of the 3 incredbile mental health charities or dog organisations.
